ClasifAI is a support platform for tariff classification under the laws and regulations in force in the United States, fully aligned with the Harmonized System of the World Customs Organization (WCO).

The system uses the current version of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), together with official updates and amendments issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC).

To fulfill its purpose, ClasifAI applies the General Rules of Interpretation (GRIs), along with the relevant Section Notes, Chapter Notes, and Explanatory Notes of the HTSUS. In addition, it incorporates the Harmonized System Explanatory Notes (HSEN) and applicable U.S. national notes and rulings.

ClasifAI integrates advanced artificial intelligence technologies and performs classifications down to the 10-digit HTSUS level, except in cases where the product description is incomplete or insufficiently precise.
