ClasifAI is a support platform for tariff classification under the laws and regulations in force in Canada, fully aligned with the Harmonized System of the World Customs Organization (WCO).

The system uses the current version of the Customs Tariff of Canada, including official amendments and updates published by the Department of Finance Canada and administered by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

To fulfill its purpose, ClasifAI applies the General Rules for the Interpretation of the Harmonized System, together with the relevant Section Notes, Chapter Notes, and explanatory provisions of the Canadian Customs Tariff. In addition, it incorporates the Harmonized System Explanatory Notes (HSEN) and applicable Canadian national notes and tariff classification decisions.

ClasifAI integrates advanced artificial intelligence technologies and performs classifications to the full Canadian tariff line level, except in cases where the product description is incomplete or insufficiently precise.
